Holism all along the line - also in B2B!

Under the motto “How holism becomes more than just a buzzword”, representatives of well-known companies from various sectors and industries as well as experts from our own ranks provided exclusive insights into what matters in B2B during our virtual conference on January 27, 2022.

Everyone is talking about digital transformation. Also, in the B2B business, the digitalization race has long since begun. Leading to classic business models giving way to holistic platform solutions. But what are the current challenges and opportunities?...

In order to discuss these issues across all industries, we have brought together our specialists with top-class speakers from the industrial and automotive sectors for this year's online event. During the conference day, the hybrid event showed an alternating setting in the live stream: the transmission from the studio, solely constructed for this purpose in an event loft, alternated with images from the home office or office workplaces of many speakers. Participants could easily follow the conference via our website – free of charge and without registration.

Despite the different thematic focuses and individual problems within the companies, one insight emerged clearly – not only during the concluding panel discussion: the end-to-end, technological change is the future of B2B business. From inquiry to checkout and aftersales, holistic platform solutions are at the top of the agenda. After all, only holistically digitized processes will survive in a corporate world characterized by fast-moving and customer-oriented business.
